Kim Spence Mullen

Kim Spence Mullen

Contact Information

Kim Spence Mullen is an accomplished leader, storyteller, and visionary who has dedicated her career to empowering others through faith, community, and narrative. As the founder and President of the Tulsa Women’s Fellowship, which began five years ago, Kim has created a thriving community where women in leadership can come together in a supportive environment to share their stories, build lasting relationships, and grow personally and professionally. Her commitment to empowering others is unwavering, and she has successfully fostered a space where women can thrive. Though primarily a monthly luncheon for women in leadership, The Women’s Fellowship warmly welcomes all women. It was born out of Kim’s desire to find a community that transcended traditional Bible Study or networking groups yet still offered a faith-infused atmosphere.

In addition to her role with TWF, Kim is also the co-founder of the 94X Movement, which is rooted in the belief that, as Christians, every aspect of our lives, especially our businesses, must be filled with God’s love.

Kim’s passion for storytelling was ignited in a kindergarten classroom, where a creative teacher encouraged her to tell a story, which was then compiled into a book. This love for stories has been a guiding force in her life, shaped by her own experiences of overcoming challenges, such as being born with a cleft palate. Her resilience in the face of these challenges is truly inspiring. Her storytelling is also enriched by the tales of her 103-year-old Mamaw, who lived through the Great Depression.

Kim’s career has been diverse and impactful, leaving a lasting impression on those she has worked with. She hosted, directed, produced, and operated a live weekday radio talk show, where she conducted approximately 5,000 interviews. After stepping away from radio to focus on raising her son, Kim channeled her creative energy into writing. She became a ghostwriter, bringing other people’s stories to life for publishing companies, individuals, businesses, nonprofits, and ministries. This new chapter led to the creation of Your Story Speaks, a unique venture that merges her interviewing expertise with ghostwriting, helping those with powerful stories to tell but who need assistance in getting their message out.

Kim is also a speaker and a mentor. She shares her life with her son, Spencer, in the little big town of Owasso, Oklahoma. Her love for music began in her youth, singing in church and school choirs, and has since flourished into performing at special events—a passion that remains close to her heart. Cherished moments with friends and family bring her joy, and her affinity for writing seems almost predestined, given her lifelong collection of pens, journals, and books.

Kim’s journey is marked by her steadfast commitment to storytelling, community building, and faith. As she continues to inspire and empower others, she is dedicated to helping people share their stories and live their purpose with authenticity and grace. Through her leadership, writing, and mentoring, Kim aims to leave a lasting imprint of God’s love, reminding everyone that every experience in life is a part of the beautiful tapestry God is weaving together. Her ultimate goal is for each person she encounters to walk away with a deeper understanding of this truth.

Ramona Rogers, an entrepreneur for over twenty years, has captured a way to communicate how she was able to transform the once held belief that she was destined to less than greatness. To shed some light on what her latest book is about, she had a fixed mindset, and she thought it was legitimate. For it was doctors, teachers and even loved ones who did not understand the power of their beliefs, or quite frankly, their misinterpretations of a child who did not yet have the words, tools, environment or experience to show them just how erroneous their assessments were. Fast forward, and teachers who began to see untapped potential started planting seeds that she could go to college, that she could go on to pursue other things outside of a domestic realm. She began to experience other strengths too, such as an amazing athletic ability, an ability to relate to people, and to be well received by others. Slowly, she started applying these efforts to academia, an area she once believed she was not destined to shine. But shine she does! Three books, two curriculums, and various successful business ventures later, she has decided to convert her strategy into a tangible product to share with the rest of us! Even if you deem yourself successful in one area of your life, you can benefit from learning and applying the formula in other areas. It truly is a blueprint- meaning you may not want to build a business, you may want to build better habits, better thought processes, better relationships, and an overall better life. Do yourself a favor? Invest in this book. If you have ever suffered from a fixed or limiting belief, if you have ever had a great idea without the tools to help you gain the clarity needed to bring your idea to fruition, then this book is for you! A solution, your own personal blueprint, awaits!

Elian is a Latina immigrant from Venezuela with over 20 years of experience in the lending industry. From the beginning, her passion for helping her community has been at the forefront of her career. While serving as VP Mortgage Lender at Arvest Bank, she collaborated to open the first financial literacy center aimed at teaching Spanish-speaking families about banking, budgeting, and finance. During her time at Arvest, she was also recognized as the top producer of residential government loans.

Driven by her passion for community service, Elian transitioned to the nonprofit sector, joining Habitat for Humanity. Her most significant achievement there was developing a comprehensive financial literacy program for new homeowners and obtaining HUD certification for Habitat to provide homebuyer counseling.

Entrepreneurship is in Elian’s DNA. In 2018, she founded Galera Business Consulting, where she has made a profound impact on local nonprofits by creating and supporting programs that foster economic development within Tulsa’s Latino community. Her firm played a pivotal role in launching a Spanish-language entrepreneur cohort in collaboration with the Lobeck Taylor Foundation, graduating over 40 Latino food business owners. One of her most notable contributions was with the nonprofit Avanzando Juntos, where Galera Consulting developed lending microloan program guidelines, tailored business curricula for Latino entrepreneurs, and established a comprehensive ecosystem for Hispanic businesses, including a professional referral program.

Elian is also a co-founder of Tulsa Latina Leadership, the first networking group exclusively for Latinas in Tulsa. She has successfully hosted conferences that brought together over 100 professional Latinas, with her events consistently selling out and inspiring other women to reach their full potential.

Recently, Elian returned to her lending roots by opening her own mortgage branch, where she now serves the Latino market with residential loans as her own boss. Her dedication to her community is also evident in her volunteer work. She has been a member of the former Economic Development Commission of the City of Tulsa since 2018, now Partner Tulsa. Elian also serves on the boards of the YMCA and La Cosecha, and has been part of the steering committee for the new Community Development Corporation of East Tulsa, which recently announced the first business incubator for immigrants in East Tulsa—one of Elian’s long-held dreams.

Elian is married and has three wonderful children. Her love for her family and her city fuels her unstoppable desire to support and uplift the Latino community in Tulsa.

Along with being CEO of Flourish Ministries, Beth is Registered Nurse, and she last worked for Saint Francis Hospice. God has used Beth in nursing for over 20 years, in management positions, as a youth leader for inner city youth, and as a God-Mom to one of her youth girls who lived with her and inspired her to start Flourish Homes.

Beth has done mission work in India, Turkey, Egypt, the Dominican Republic, and Haiti. She moved to Tulsa to attend Victory Bible College and is a graduate of their Practical Ministries and Missions program.

Beth is passionate about helping girls thrive and flourish! She has always had a heart to mother, even when she was not yet a mother herself. As a youth leader, she identified that many young women simply cannot make it on their own when they are missing critical supports like family, basic necessities, and a relationship with God and His church.

It is her belief that when kids are 18 and aging out of foster care or in other tough circumstances, they are not “grown-up.” Young adults still need caring adults to help them navigate adulthood.  Flourish Ministries aims to fill in the missing gaps and be that caring adult. Flourish became incorporated in December 2013. They opened their doors to full-time programming in 2019 when they were invited to take over the Manna House Program in Tulsa. They quickly closed again due to zoning and location issues. In October of 2020 they moved to the Circle of Care Campus on Gilcrease Museum Road where they are fully operational today.

Beth is passionate about raising up young daughters who are whole and healthy who can serve God and others.
