Women Helping Other Women

Learn * Grow * Empower

WHO WE ARE

MISSION STATEMENT

Empower women to improve their economic status through education, career advancement, and entrepreneurship .

WHOW, Women Helping Other Women, was founded in 2008. Our volunteer work supports local organizations which include women’s shelters, women in poverty, mentor-ship of young women, and girls. We offer many opportunities for our members to connect through various seminars, networking mixers, professional development workshops, group mentoring activities, health and wellness, and more.

VISION STATEMENT

Our vision is to provide opportunities, resources, and personal encouragement. We believe that using a faith based approach to overcome life’s circumstances is the most successful method.

WHAT WE DO

01.

— We learn

We hope that you will learn new skills that you can use for a lifetime.

02.

— We Grow

After you learn you will be able to grow and expand those skills and knowledge

03.

— We Empower

The final step is to empower others to learn and grow as well

04.

— We Educate

Monthly we provide networking and training events where women are able to learn new skills.  These classes are offered by WHOW and our partners.

05.

— We Provide Care

We provide tools that allow growth in education, career and business.  We give a platform for members to use the skills they have learned.

06.

— We Consult

We provide monthly opportunities and for members to mentor, teach and speak to others on a local and global level.
