Opportunities to serve:

The President of the non-profit organization serves as the top executive officer, overseeing the Board of Directors and working closely with the Executive Director to ensure the organization’s mission and vision are realized. The President provides strategic leadership and direction, ensures effective governance, and represents the organization in the community.

The Vice President supports the President in providing leadership and strategic direction to the non-profit organization. This role is crucial in assisting with board governance, organizational oversight, and representing the organization in the community.

The Executive Director is the chief executive of the non-profit, responsible for overseeing the administration, programs, and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. The position reports directly to the Board of Directors.

The Development Director is responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive fundraising plan to secure financial support for the organization. This includes cultivating and maintaining relationships with donors, organizing fundraising events, and identifying grant opportunities.

The Program Manager oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of the organization’s programs. This role ensures that programs align with the organization’s mission and are delivered effectively to meet community needs.

The Volunteer Coordinator recruits, trains, and manages volunteers to support the organization’s programs and events. This role ensures that volunteers are effectively integrated into the organization and are provided with meaningful opportunities to contribute.

The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for promoting the organization’s mission and programs through various media channels. This role develops and implements marketing strategies to raise awareness and engage the community.

The Treasurer/Finance Manager oversees the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. This role manages budgets, prepares financial reports, and supports the Executive Director and Board in financial planning.

The Admin/Secretary provides administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role includes assisting with communications, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and supporting the Board of Directors and executive staff.

 The Membership Coordinator is responsible for managing and growing the organization’s membership base. This role involves recruiting new members, retaining existing members, and ensuring that members are engaged and satisfied with their membership experience.

The Community Partnerships Chair is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and maintaining strategic relationships with community organizations, businesses, and stakeholders that align with the nonprofit’s mission and goals. This role is crucial in expanding the organization’s reach, securing resources, and fostering collaborations that benefit the community and the organization.

The Board Governance Officer ensures that the board operates effectively and in accordance with legal and ethical standards. This role focuses on developing and implementing governance policies, facilitating board development, and ensuring compliance with bylaws and regulations.
