Kim Spence Mullen is an accomplished leader, storyteller, and visionary who has dedicated her career to empowering others through faith, community, and narrative. As the founder and President of the Tulsa Women’s Fellowship, which began five years ago, Kim has created a thriving community where women in leadership can come together in a supportive environment to share their stories, build lasting relationships, and grow personally and professionally. Her commitment to empowering others is unwavering, and she has successfully fostered a space where women can thrive. Though primarily a monthly luncheon for women in leadership, The Women’s Fellowship warmly welcomes all women. It was born out of Kim’s desire to find a community that transcended traditional Bible Study or networking groups yet still offered a faith-infused atmosphere.

In addition to her role with TWF, Kim is also the co-founder of the 94X Movement, which is rooted in the belief that, as Christians, every aspect of our lives, especially our businesses, must be filled with God’s love.

Kim’s passion for storytelling was ignited in a kindergarten classroom, where a creative teacher encouraged her to tell a story, which was then compiled into a book. This love for stories has been a guiding force in her life, shaped by her own experiences of overcoming challenges, such as being born with a cleft palate. Her resilience in the face of these challenges is truly inspiring. Her storytelling is also enriched by the tales of her 103-year-old Mamaw, who lived through the Great Depression.

Kim’s career has been diverse and impactful, leaving a lasting impression on those she has worked with. She hosted, directed, produced, and operated a live weekday radio talk show, where she conducted approximately 5,000 interviews. After stepping away from radio to focus on raising her son, Kim channeled her creative energy into writing. She became a ghostwriter, bringing other people’s stories to life for publishing companies, individuals, businesses, nonprofits, and ministries. This new chapter led to the creation of Your Story Speaks, a unique venture that merges her interviewing expertise with ghostwriting, helping those with powerful stories to tell but who need assistance in getting their message out.

Kim is also a speaker and a mentor. She shares her life with her son, Spencer, in the little big town of Owasso, Oklahoma. Her love for music began in her youth, singing in church and school choirs, and has since flourished into performing at special events—a passion that remains close to her heart. Cherished moments with friends and family bring her joy, and her affinity for writing seems almost predestined, given her lifelong collection of pens, journals, and books.

Kim’s journey is marked by her steadfast commitment to storytelling, community building, and faith. As she continues to inspire and empower others, she is dedicated to helping people share their stories and live their purpose with authenticity and grace. Through her leadership, writing, and mentoring, Kim aims to leave a lasting imprint of God’s love, reminding everyone that every experience in life is a part of the beautiful tapestry God is weaving together. Her ultimate goal is for each person she encounters to walk away with a deeper understanding of this truth.
