With a background in radio as a talk show host and now as the host of the soon-to-be-starting You Can’t Miss This Podcast, Kim’s voice has long been one that sparks insight, connection, and courage woven into faith.

She has played key roles on founding teams that brought the principles of entrepreneurship into prison systems, and she’s helped ignite the faith-at-work movement by encouraging professionals to lead with both conviction and compassion. She is the founder and president of The Women’s Fellowship (TWF), a thriving community that empowers women in leadership to live out their faith boldly and authentically.

Kim is also a nationally sought-after ghostwriter and book coach, having written or coached over 30 books—though you’ll rarely find her name on the cover.
