“Welcome to Module 4: Explore Your Path. Now that you’ve discovered your personality, your spiritual gifts, and your mountain of influence, it’s time to start connecting the dots. You’re not just here to exist—you’re here to move in purpose.

But before you can walk confidently, you need direction. In this module, we’ll help you explore the three paths of transformation in this program:

  • Education – going back to school or completing credentials
  • Employment – entering the workforce or advancing in your career
  • Entrepreneurship – starting or growing your own business

You may feel drawn to more than one, and that’s okay. This step is about becoming honest with yourself about what excites you, what aligns with your strengths, and what makes you feel alive. The goal is to begin filtering your gifts, skills, and experiences into a direction that brings growth and impact.

Why This Matters:

  • Purpose without direction leads to burnout or stagnation.
  • Choosing a path helps you prioritize your time, energy, and learning.
  • It gives your goals something to stand on—vision with structure.
  • When you’re clear on your path, doors don’t just open—you recognize them.

You don’t need to have it all figured out today. This is the discovery phase. You’re not picking a final destination—you’re identifying the next right step.”

Assignment: “Pathway Clarity Map”

Instructions:
Download or create a simple 3-column chart labeled Education, Employment, and Entrepreneurship. Under each column, answer the following questions:

  1. What draws me to this path?
  2. What skills or gifts do I already have that match this path?
  3. What would success look like for me here?
  4. What fears or hesitations do I have?
  5. What is one thing I could do in the next 30 days to test this path?

Next Step:

  • After filling in all three columns, circle the path you feel the most peace or excitement about.
  • In your journal, reflect: Why does this feel right for me right now?
  • Optional: Share your chosen path and reflection in the group or with your mentor/accountability partner.

Remember, butterflies don’t worry about flying to every flower—they are drawn to where they’re meant to land. You are not lost—you are becoming found. And today, you’re one step closer to purpose in motion.

Let’s keep walking—your path is waiting.

Theme: Turn Your Vision into a Plan That Works

“Welcome to Module 5—SMART Goals. At this point in your transformation journey, you’ve discovered who you are, the gifts inside you, and the space you’re called to influence. Now it’s time to give your dreams structure.

Many people have vision—but vision without a plan remains a dream. In this module, we’ll help you turn that vision into a strategy by learning how to set S.M.A.R.T. goals:

  • Specific – clear and focused
  • Measurable – trackable and defined
  • Achievable – realistic and within reach
  • Relevant – aligned with your path and purpose
  • Time-bound – has a deadline to hold you accountable

Whether your goal is to enroll in school, apply for a job, or launch your business idea, this method ensures your goals are more than wishes—they become steps forward.

Why This Matters:

  • Without clarity, you’ll keep cycling through the same intentions with no progress.
  • SMART goals help you prioritize and organize your time, energy, and resources.
  • They give you confidence—because you’re no longer guessing, you’re executing.
  • Progress becomes visible, which boosts your motivation and belief.

You don’t need to rush or overthink. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s progress. Each step you take gets you closer to the life you were meant to live. And remember: writing the vision and making it plain isn’t just a motivational quote—it’s a strategy straight from the Word.”

In-Class Assignment: SMART Goal Writing Exercise

  • Think about the path you identified in Module 4: Education, Employment, or Entrepreneurship.
  • Write 3 SMART goals that align with that path using the template below:
    • “By [date], I will [do what] by [how you’ll do it], so that I can [why this goal matters].”
  • Example: “By October 15th, I will apply to 3 community colleges online so that I can begin courses by January.”

Homework: Visual Alignment

  • Collect 3–5 images that reflect your SMART goals (for your future vision board).
  • Journal this question: How will my life feel when I reach these goals?
  • Optional: Share one SMART goal with the group or a mentor for feedback and encouragement.

Journaling

“Welcome to Module 6—Journaling. If you’ve ever had a thought, a dream, or a moment of clarity and then forgot it by the next day, this module is for you.

Journaling is one of the most powerful tools you can use on your transformation journey. It’s how you track your growth, process your emotions, record your wins, and stay rooted in your ‘why’. It’s not about being a writer—it’s about being honest with yourself and creating a space where your voice is heard.

As you’re transforming—emotionally, spiritually, mentally, and professionally—your journal becomes your mirror. You’ll begin to see patterns, answered prayers, mental breakthroughs, and evidence of how far you’ve come.

Why This Matters:

  • It anchors your vision so you don’t drift.
  • It helps you make decisions with clarity instead of confusion.
  • It gives you a place to release stress, reflect on lessons, and re-center your focus.
  • It becomes a living testimony of your transformation—proof that you didn’t give up.

Think of your journal as your transformation companion. The butterfly doesn’t see her wings, but the journal does.”

In-Class Assignment: Begin Your Journal

  1. Choose your format: a physical notebook, a journaling app, or a Google Doc.
  2. Complete these three reflection prompts:
    • What has changed in me since starting this course?
    • What’s one thing I’ve overcome or outgrown?
    • What do I believe is possible now that felt impossible before?

Possible Prompts to use:

  • Day 1: What am I grateful for right now, even if it’s small?
  • Day 2: What did I learn about myself today?
  • Day 3: What do I need to release in order to grow?

Optional: Use your SMART goals from Module 5 and track one small win or step you took toward each one.

Bonus Tip: Create a habit by setting a specific time for journaling—right after your morning routine, or right before bed. Treat it like a meeting with your future self.

This module isn’t just about writing. It’s about remembering. Your transformation deserves to be documented—and celebrated.

You’re not just thinking about change now… you’re living it. Keep going.
