In this module, you’ll take the 16 Personalities Test, a powerful self-assessment based on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. This tool breaks down your personality into four key dimensions that affect how you:

- Save your results — you’ll receive a four-letter personality type (like ENFJ, ISTP, etc.), along with an in-depth description.
- Write down your key takeaways: What surprised you? What confirmed what you already knew?
- Be sure to screenshot or print your results. You will report your personality type and top characteristics as part of your upcoming assignment.

These gifts guide how you naturally serve, influence, encourage, lead, give, or support others. They are a part of your divine wiring and directly connected to your assignment.
Understanding your spiritual gifts is crucial because:

- It helps you serve more effectively—in life, in relationships, and in your calling.
This step is all about moving from “What can I do?” to “What was I made to do?”

“In the last two modules, you’ve learned about your personality and uncovered your spiritual gifts. Now, it’s time to understand where your gifts and identity are designed to make the greatest impact.
This module introduces the 7 Mountains of Influence—a framework that helps you identify the major areas where culture is shaped and transformed. These seven spheres are:
- Family
- Education
- Religion/Spiritual Development
- Government
- Media
- Arts & Entertainment
- Business
Each person is uniquely called to impact one or more of these mountains. Recognizing your mountain helps you avoid burnout from being everywhere and instead, walk boldly and effectively in the space you’re graced to influence.
Why This Matters:
- It brings focus to your purpose—so you stop scattering and start building.
- It helps you align your career, service, and spiritual assignment.
- It gives you a language for your leadership—whether you’re called to teach, serve, lead, or create.
- It confirms that your gifts have a place in the world—and that place is valuable.
Think of your mountain as your mission field. You were created to bring transformation in a specific space—and knowing that space is a key part of your Dream Life journey.
