I am Deborah Jenkins, co-owner of Doc J’s Heat and Air. Doc J is a residential/light commercial heating and air conditioning company based in metro Tulsa. We provide service, repairs and needed new installations. We help our customers be more comfortable in their homes and take out the worry and anxiety of not having reliable heat and air conditioning. A homeowner should spend time enjoying their home, doing hobbies, cooking, reading, watching TV, or helping their kids with their virtual school assignments.

In the winter, coats should be worn outside not inside. So, in the fall we promote furnace tune ups. These tune ups fix existing problems and potential problems, so the coats and scarfs are not worn inside the house. In the spring, we promote air conditioner tune ups to help customers stay cool all summer long. We reasonably price our tune ups and so are not pressured to look for “unnecessary repairs or replacements”. When your equipment is 10 years or older, we like to discuss replacements to help our customers financially plan for eventual changeouts.

Because of my HVAC contractor has over 30 years’ experience, he has seen most heating and air conditioning problems. If something is fixable then he can usually fix it. Sometimes repairing is not a good use of customers’ money and we recommend replacements.
