Empower women to advance in education, employment and entrepreneurship.

We envision a world where every woman, guided by faith, heals from traumatic experiences, regains her strength, and thrives in self-sufficiency. Our dedication lies in fostering a supportive community where women can find hope, empowerment, and the resources necessary to transform their lives, unlocking their full potential and achieving enduring independence.

We strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels they belong, regardless of race, gender, age, religion, identity, or experience.

Our History

WHOW began as a school project by Crystal Ifekoya, which evolved into a thriving organization. Crystal understands the power of women supporting women, having been uplifted by many during her own struggles. She founded WHOW with the belief that mutual support is essential for women to navigate life’s challenges successfully.

Crystal Ifekoya, a multi-talented business owner with a passion for helping others achieve their goals, holds a master’s degree in accounting and a bachelor’s degree in business management. She accomplished these feats while being a full-time single mother of three girls. As the founder of WHOW, she also owns BOSS Encounters, volunteers with SCORE, serves on the board of BWBOA, and is the past VP of Diversity and Inclusion for the Junior League of Tulsa. Crystal’s journey from homelessness to homeownership, from dropout to master’s degree holder, and from employee to entrepreneur, exemplifies her belief that with faith, anything is possible.
