Toneille Bent believes that we should all aim to, “Be where the love is.” She is committed to dwelling where love exists and extending love and true kindness to others, rather than what she calls “performative niceness.”
A native of Jamaica, Toneille came to America as a young girl, and feels that her unique journey and immigrant experience offer her a special worldview and ability to connect engage across lines difference.
A self-described specialist in people, organizational culture and engagement, outside of her coaching and consulting work, Toneille has held roles as an educator, department head and HR generalist. A deeply people-focused leader inspired by building positive, impactful relationships, Toneille is certified through Valorie Burton’s CaPP program, holds a master’s degree in human relations and set to complete a PhD in Social Foundations of Education in 2025.
Her coaching and consulting work focuses on:
Leadership and management training and development
Team dynamics
HR: Employee Engagement; Employee Relations; DEIB
Personal and professional coaching and development for over-40 Black professional women.
Among Toneille’s proud pleasures (no guilt here!) are long brunches with friends, live music, travel to the beach and family time – especially being Auntie to her amazing nieces and nephews.
